Boxes and cartons are used across most industries, and our range of levage par le vide solutions is ideal for reducing the manual handling associated with these products.
Our standard vacuum lifters are well suited to lifting boxes to and from conveyors and pallets. We also offer flexible handles with vacuum control for lifting boxes from or to pallets at working heights of up to 2.3m.
Built-in vacuum-assisted release features make lifting, stacking and positioning boxes a simple and controlled process.
Bespoke Vacuum Box Lifting Equipment
Not all boxes or cartons can be vacuum gripped from the top surface. Where needed, we can manufacture bespoke vacuum tooling to grip by vacuum or pneumatically clamp the boxes from the sides, giving greater safety and control when handling heavy products.

Box Lifters and Carton Handling Equipment
We can fully customise them for the working environment with interchangeable suction feet and different control handles for safe yet effective materials movement. The standard height of cartons that an ordinary vacuum lifter can lift is 2.5 meters. However, up to 2.75 meters can be raised, thanks to telescopic control handles, which are optional.
High-Volume Carton Handling
High-volume box and carton handling is ideal for our Solo vacuum lifter, which can lift products up to 30kg with ease and speed.
It is well suited to lifting boxes from moving conveyors to pallets, and it is also widely used in the luggage handling sector to reduce manual handling and increase productivity.
