Vacuum Lifting Applications
Businesses are always looking for ways to improve efficiency, protect their workforce and move products more quickly. Vacuum lifting applications can help by reducing the manual effort required to handle heavy, repetitive or awkward loads.
Manual handling can slow down production and increase the risk of injury. A correctly specified vacuum lift gives operators a safer, faster and more controlled way to move products through the workplace.
How do Vacuum Lifts Work?
Using an electric or pneumatically operated vacuum pump as the main power source, we design and build vacuum lifters around a heavy-duty vacuum hose, vacuum control head and vacuum control lever.
A suction pad suited to the product completes the lifting assembly. Once the vacuum pump is switched on, the operator can raise and lower the product one-handed using the vacuum control lever.
With built-in safety features and an extensive range of suction pads, mechanical tools and gripping devices, each system can be specified to suit applications across many different industries.
