Vacuum Lifting Equipment
At H&S Lifting Solutions, we integrate electric and pneumatic vacuum pumps with lift tube assemblies, vacuum control valves and suction pads to create fast, controlled lifting systems.
When the suction pad is applied to a product, the pad grips the load instantly. The operator then uses a simple vacuum control lever to increase vacuum levels, causing the lift tube to contract and raise the product to the required height. Lowering the lever reduces the vacuum level, allowing the lift tube to expand and lower the product into position.
Vacuum lift tube systems are among the fastest and easiest lifting aids available for industrial handling applications.
