How do Vacuum Lifts Work?
Using an electric or pneumatically operated vacuum pump as the main power source, we design and build vacuum lifters around a heavy-duty vacuum hose, vacuum control head and vacuum control lever.
A suction pad suited to the product completes the lifting assembly. Once the vacuum pump is switched on, the operator can raise and lower the product one-handed using the vacuum control lever.
With built-in safety features and an extensive range of suction pads, mechanical tools and gripping devices, each system can be specified to suit applications across many different industries.
