Vacuum Lifting Servicing & Parts
The H&S Lifting Solutions service team is fully trained on our vacuum lifting equipment and carries a wide range of spare parts in each service van. We can also provide spare parts and support for many other vacuum lifting products.
Every member of our service and spare parts team is trained in LOLER, IOSH and working at height procedures, and carries IPAF and forklift truck licences. Our aim is to keep every lifting system we provide or service fully compliant and in good working order in line with LOLER regulations.
What Does Vacuum Lifting Servicing Consist Of?
Every vacuum lifting system and bespoke solution we provide must remain compliant with current regulations. Our standard service includes:
- A service engineer examination of all key components for wear, damage or potential safety issues
- A thorough examination in line with LOLER 1998 requirements
- Completion of a written report in line with LOLER requirements
- Immediate notification if a defect makes the equipment unsafe to use, with advice to remove it from service until repairs are completed
The H&S Lifting Solutions service team works with clients to plan annual LOLER thorough examinations, giving them peace of mind that their systems remain compliant.
Vacuum Lift Emergencies
Many factories operate 24 hours a day, so we work with clients to make sure spare parts are available and maintenance teams are trained to replace key parts when needed.
H&S Lifting Solutions endeavours to attend site the next working day after a reported issue. We also recommend a daily operator or maintenance inspection before use to help prevent emergency downtime.
Spare Parts For Vacuum Lifting Systems
H&S Lifting Solutions carries an extensive stock of spare parts both in our factory and in our service vans. We can usually turn spare part orders around within 48 hours, and sooner where the requirement is urgent.
Our stocked parts include vacuum pumps, filter units, lift tubes, vacuum transfer hoses, suction seals and many other commonly required components.
