A vacuum sack lifter enables operators to lift paper, plastic and polywoven sacks or bags with accuracy and speed, then place them precisely at the desired location.

Bags and sacks can be lifted from pallets to hoppers, sieves or containers with ease, helping eliminate manual handling. This makes vacuum sack lifters particularly suitable for clean rooms, chemical and pharmaceutical sites, and food processing environments.

Vacuum sack lifting can handle both free-flowing products and hard, compact products. Our sack lifters can be manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel, making them well suited to hygienic working environments.

Sack Lifter Movement and Load Handling

Sacks can weigh up to 80kg, although most are around 25kg. Our vacuum lifters can be supported from overhead jib cranes or XY overhead cranes manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel, making them suitable for hygienic working environments.

For palletising or depalletising sacks, our standard and bespoke flexi handles help operators load the bottom layer of a pallet stack without excessive bending.

Vacuum Sack Lifter Solutions

Vacuum sack lifters can be supplied with different lifting and suction options, powered by an electric vacuum pump. A range of vacuum heads is available to suit different sacks, bags and working processes.

The system is easy to operate using the fingertip control bar on the vacuum lifting head, so the operator can lift and position loads with minimal effort.

Vacuum sack lifters are also designed with safety in mind. In the event of a power cut, the arm lowers slowly to the ground before the suction head releases.

Our vacuum lifting equipment can lift paper, plastic and polywoven sacks with liners. A simple vacuum control valve lever provides effortless raising and lowering, helping eliminate manual handling and improve productivity.
